Bocci Lighting, a contemporary design and manufacturing house, is garnering international recognition for its modern and eclectic designs which aim to put a new twist on everyday lighting, furniture and electrical accessories.

The Vancouver–based firm is committed to creating enchanting and practical consumer goods of the highest quality. Creative director Omer Arbel’s knack for re-interpreting everyday household lighting fixtures has reaped considerable success for the young design firm.

Arbel’s work has catapulted Bocci to the forefront of the contemporary design industry, his creations can be found worldwide, everywhere from high-end design showrooms to local restaurants are attracted to his unconventional but stunning creations.

For the BC Showcase, Bocci Lighting provided light fixtures from their 14 series collection. Arbel’s 14 Series collection offers a unique take on the chandelier. Instead of creating an opulent, crystal- laden piece, Arbel chooses to group together several small glowing orbs made from cast glass with frosted cores; together, the glowing globes provide a rich halo of light.
