Vancouver 2010 Brand

All of the names, phrases, logos and designs related to the Vancouver 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games, referred to as the “Olympic and Paralympic Brand”, are official marks or trademarks owned or licensed by VANOC.

The use of the Olympic and Paralympic Brand is carefully controlled and must be authorized by VANOC or in some cases by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the International Paralympic Committee (IPC), the Canadian Olympic Committee (COC) or the Canadian Paralympic Committee (CPC).

VANOC and its Government Partners recognize the importance of ensuring small businesses are able to connect to Games-related business opportunities without infringing on the Olympic and Paralympic Brand.
