Official Licensing Program

Licensees bid and negotiate permissions from VANOC to use the 2010 Winter Games trademarks on products created for sale. Some licences are also awarded to multiple winners so that no one company ends up with an exclusive licence.

VANOC wishes to maximize the availability and safe use of licensed products within an environment of controlled commercialization. The following information provides some licensing guidelines:

Licensing opportunities with VANOC will be issued up to 2009. For licensing opportunities, please check the business opportunities page for details as they become available. If a business decides not to pursue a licensing bid, they may also consider supplying products or services to an organization that is a Vancouver 2010 Official Licensee.
