Whether it’s continuous entertainment, interactive displays, or live Olympic broadcasts on giant screens, each Live Site will help take the spirit of the Games to the street, giving all of us a chance to enjoy the colour and excitement of welcoming the world and each other to the biggest celebration since Expo 86. Discover what it takes to produce and operate each Live Site, and how local businesses and suppliers can help Vancouver, Whistler and Richmond take centre stage.

The Live Sites offer free, public entertainment, allowing visitors and residents alike to share in the celebratory experience of the 2010 Winter Games. Plans for these sites include meticulous programming, production and partnerships, as well as equipment for audio, lighting and special effects. Respective host cities will be contracting services and supplies, through bid opportunities posted on BC bid, the city’s website and major newspapers.
